Agreement and authority
Effective August 3, 2026 · Version 2026-08-03. By creating or using a Cloud workspace, accepting terms in Stripe Checkout, or using paid service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If acting for an organization, you represent that you may bind it. ApolloBot is operated by Frontier Science under the verified merchant identity shown at Checkout and on receipts.
Service scope
ApolloBot provides governed research support: organization and project controls, investigations, approvals, bounded OpenAI research phases, durable checkpoints and recovery, usage and audit records, and review artifacts. A standard run produces an evidence map, proposed protocol, adversarial review, and synthesis. It does not represent that proposed physical, laboratory, clinical, or computational experiments were performed unless an artifact and execution receipt expressly show that work.
AI and scientific limitations
GPT-5.6 Luna and retrieved web sources can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or wrong. Outputs require qualified human review. ApolloBot does not guarantee novelty, truth, causality, safety, reproducibility, publication, funding, regulatory acceptance, intellectual-property clearance, or commercial success, and does not provide medical, legal, investment, or regulatory advice.
Customer content, IP, and confidentiality
As between the parties, the customer retains its rights in submitted content and resulting outputs, subject to third-party rights. The customer grants Frontier Science and approved providers a limited right to process content only to operate, secure, support, and bill the service. Workspace content is treated as confidential and private by default. The customer is responsible for having the rights and permissions required to submit, process, and export it.
Accounts and approvals
Customers must keep membership and billing roles current and protect credentials. Server-side roles, current protocol versions, approved scopes, live leases, and hard caps control provider actions. Publication, repository writes, public deposits, and dedicated-compute provisioning require their own configured integration and approval; completion of a private investigation does not authorize an external action.
Plans, usage, and overages
Cloud Team is $2,500 per month and includes 125 research hours (GPT-5.6 Luna). Cloud Program is $7,500 per month and includes 375 research hours (GPT-5.6 Luna). Research hours are planning and metering units, not time or result guarantees. Each public paid plan includes at most one concurrent dedicated VM in the configured region, in the plan size shown on the pricing page. Provider usage above the included allowance may be billed through the metered overage item shown in Checkout, but only within the organization, project, and investigation caps authorized in ApolloBot. Cap or entitlement exhaustion checkpoints and stops work.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Stripe shows the exact recurring plan, metered item, taxes, and total due. Customers authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees, approved usage, applicable taxes, and displayed prorations. Plan changes may create prorations shown through Stripe’s portal. Entitlements activate only after ApolloBot verifies a signed subscription event; a browser return alone does not grant service.
Cancellation and refunds
Customers may schedule cancellation in the authenticated Stripe portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not erase amounts already incurred. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or approved after manual review. Requests sent to thom@frontier-science.ai are assessed individually; no automatic prorated refund is promised. Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless Stripe Checkout states otherwise. ApolloBot uses only the tax configuration and registrations valid for the verified Frontier Science Stripe account. Customers remain responsible for accurate billing and exemption information and for taxes Stripe does not collect where applicable.
Availability, suspension, and termination
Provider limits, maintenance, safety review, expired credentials, missing capacity, security events, nonpayment, or policy violations may pause or suspend work. Dedicated VMs use interruptible Spot capacity, expose no public IP address, and are automatically deleted after at most four hours per approved session; they are not persistent servers, and durable results must be returned to ApolloBot artifact storage. The safe state is stopped. Frontier Science may suspend access necessary to prevent harm, protect data, comply with law, or preserve billing integrity. Customers remain able to request lawful export subject to security and payment obligations.
Other terms
The Apache-2.0 license separately governs ApolloBot Core source code. A signed order, enterprise agreement, data-processing agreement, or public-sector addendum controls over conflicting online terms.
