Recurring plans
Cloud Team costs $2,500 per month and includes 125 research hours (GPT-5.6 Luna). Cloud Program costs $7,500 per month and includes 375 research hours (GPT-5.6 Luna). Each includes at most one concurrent, approval-gated dedicated VM in the advertised plan size; the VM is interruptible and automatically deleted after at most four hours per session. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancellation becomes effective.
Usage and hard caps
The internal ApolloBot ledger is authoritative. Only incremental usage above the included provider allowance is emitted to Stripe’s metered item. Customer charges are bounded by current organization, project, investigation, entitlement, and Luna-capacity checks. A provider call does not begin unless a conservative reservation fits each hard cap.
Activation and fulfillment
Checkout is available only when authentication, durable storage, workflow recovery, OpenAI-only execution, dedicated compute, signed webhook reconciliation, effective policies, tax posture, and operator switches all report ready. Entitlements activate after a verified signed event. If fulfillment is not ready, Checkout remains disabled rather than accepting payment.
Cancellation and plan changes
An owner or billing member may use Stripe’s hosted portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period with no automatic proration. Upgrades or downgrades may create the proration displayed by Stripe before confirmation. Cancellation does not reverse already measured usage or unpaid invoices.
Refund review
Refunds are handled by manual review. Fees already paid are not automatically refundable or prorated, except where required by law. Send the organization, invoice, reason, and requested resolution to thom@frontier-science.ai; do not email full payment-card details. Approval depends on the facts, service delivery, usage, law, and any controlling written agreement.
Taxes and receipts
Stripe Checkout and invoices show the tax treatment configured for the verified Frontier Science account. ApolloBot does not invent registrations or collect a tax not supported by that configuration. Customers must provide accurate billing address, tax ID, and exemption information.
Billing disputes and service stop
Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized billing promptly. ApolloBot may disable new Checkout, stop provider actions, expire open sessions, or pause fulfillment while preserving signed subscription and usage records for reconciliation. Contact thom@frontier-science.ai for billing support.
